Primarily B2B technology companies at growth stage. Companies where marketing, revenue, and AI intersect. I look for teams that value data-driven thinking and are ready to move fast. Company size matters less than ambition.
What does "fractional CMO" mean in practice?
I embed with your team part-time, typically 2-3 days per week, as a senior marketing leader. You get the strategic experience of a CMO without the full-time commitment or cost. Engagements usually run 6-12 months.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I'm based in Helsinki but work with clients globally. Most of my work is remote-first. For board roles or intensive workshops, I'm happy to travel.
How do I know if I need AI adoption help vs. a fractional CMO?
