Jaime López is Director of Product Excellence at Ververica, the company behind Apache Flink® and Streamhouse. He focuses on mission-critical infrastructure for industries like banking and energy, where a few seconds of data delay can mean fraud losses or an unbalanced grid. He leads a cross-functional team that ties product strategy, AI integration and technical architecture to enterprise go-to-market.
Jaime has spent fourteen years in B2B technology, working where product, AI and revenue meet. As Head of Marketing at Ververica, he built the function from zero to top-quartile performance in 12 months, competing against Confluent and IBM. As Senior Director of Content and Marketing Operations at Aiven, he scaled content and marketing operations through hypergrowth and Series C2 and D raises. Before that, he spent eight years at Wärtsilä in market development, digital transformation and commercial leadership across maritime and energy.
Jaime is an energy engineer by training. He holds an M.Sc. (Tech) in Energy Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and a MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He was named to the inaugural class of Salesforce Marketing Champions as a top Pardot expert.
